Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Dental Nurse to join their professional team. Key Responsibilities:

• Confidently lead the dental nursing team, ensuring high standards of patient care and clinical excellence.
• Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Manage and maintain clinical areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate the scheduling and management of patient appointments.
• Ensure the smooth operation of daily activities within the dental practice.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage stock levels of clinical supplies.
• Work closely with other members of the management team to ensure smooth running of the practice as well as always looking for improvement.

Requirements:

• Qualified Dental Nurse with a valid GDC registration.
• Proven experience of leadership within a practice setting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A proactive and positive attitude towards patient care and team management.
• A commitment to continuous professional development.
