Overview: As a Learning & Development Consultant, you will lead a comprehensive programme aimed at enhancing self-service capabilities and automation within HR functions for a prestigious investment bank. You will develop and deliver training programmes to help employees across the EMEA region, and support teams in APAC and NYC.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Development and Delivery:

  • Design, develop and implement comprehensive training plan and sessions to enable business users to perform basic HR tasks independently on the Workday Platform, such as updating personal information and managing holiday requests.

  • Provide targeted training to HR teams and various business units to maximise the utilisation of the Workday platform.

  • Continuously assess and adapt training methods to ensure effectiveness and engagement and user adoption.

Global Coordination:

  • Coordinate and collaborate with teams across EMEA, APAC, and NYC to ensure a consistent and cohesive training approach.

  • Address and support region-specific challenges and requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with ERP or HR related systems, Ideally Workday,

  • Strong background in designing, developing and delivering training programmes.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage and adapt to varying levels of platform maturity across regions.

  • Previous experience in consultancy or a client-facing role is advantageous.

  • Investment banking experience is not essential..

  • Drive, enable and support the business, partnering with our leaders, clients, and consultants across our practices to take the best of emagine to our clients through opportunity identification/qualification, solution development/presentation
