Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £25,000 Base (Year 1 OTE up to £35K, Year 2 OTE up to £65K)

What You'll Do:

• Source & Screen: Identify top healthcare talent using innovative recruitment strategies.
• Manage End-to-End Recruitment: From candidate sourcing to negotiating job offers.
• Build Relationships: Become a trusted advisor to clients and candidates.
• Develop New Business: Attend client meetings and networking events to expand your professional network.
• Close Deals: Help candidates land their dream roles and earn commission on your success.

Who We're Looking For:

• Sales Experience: Up to 6 months in B2B, B2C, D2D, or Business Development roles preferred.
• Degree Qualified: 2:1 or above desirable, but not essential.
• Competitive & Target-Driven: Sporting achievements or evidence of hitting professional goals highly sought after.
• Strong Communicator: Able to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
• Proactive & Self-Motivated: You take initiative and are ready to make an impact.
• Team Player: You ll collaborate with colleagues to ensure success across the board.
