  • A track record of setting or influencing physical security policies and standards.
  • Deep understanding of physical security controls and best practices.

• Assurance Activities Experience:

  • Skilled in defining assurance methodologies and setting evidence expectations.
  • Proficient in analysis, testing methods, and delivering actionable results.

• Outstanding Communication Skills:

  • Exceptional analytical and drafting abilities.
  • Strong verbal briefing capabilities and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
In this second-line physical security assurance role, you will:

• Lead proof-of-concept enterprise physical security assurance projects.
• Upskill team members, ensuring they excel in their roles.
• Define methodologies, create guidance, and deliver clear reporting.
• Drive the integration of threat and risk insights into assurance activities.
• Enhance and align physical security tiering models, identifying and integrating relevant data sources.
• Improve site-level assessment methodologies by performing assessments and mentoring team members.
• Support efforts to refine and enhance physical security policies and standards for usability and completeness.
