Pertemps is actively recruiting for a HGV Class 2 Driver for a role in the Carberry (Dalkeith/Musselburgh) area of Scotland. This role involve waste management operations, driving a bin lorry.

Job Details

• Role: Class 2 Bin Lorry Driver
• Location: Carberry/Musselburgh, EH21 8PZ
• Pay Rate: Approximately 14.04 to 14.63 per hour, with overtime often available at time and a half.
• Hours: Typically 40 hours per week, with regular 07:00 AM starts, generally Monday to Friday.
• Contract Type: Temporary ongoing, with potential for permanent employment for suitable candidates.

Requirements

• A valid Class 2 (Cat C) HGV license.
• A valid Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) card.
• A valid Digital Tachograph card.
• Previous experience in waste management or multi-drop delivery is beneficial but often not essential.
• Newly qualified drivers are encouraged to apply and will receive support.
