Data Governance Lead for Investment Banking Client

Our prestigious investment banking client is seeking an experienced Data Governance Lead to join their team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in data governance, management, auditing, risk, controls, or related areas, with a strong foundation in data policy and compliance knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and oversee data governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with regulatory compliance standards and internal policies.
• Communicate effectively across all organizational levels, delivering tailored, multi-mode communications to influence and build strong relationships.
• Utilize exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills to collaborate and form strategic partnerships that achieve shared objectives.
• Optimize work processes by balancing strategic vision with meticulous attention to detail, while managing multiple workstreams and mitigating risks.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data governance, data management, or related fields within the financial services sector.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Expertise in stakeholder management, negotiation, and collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to streamline processes and manage complex projects.

£650 - £750 PER DAY
