Our high quality, bespoke care services aredelivered to adults, children and young people with varyingconditions including spinal injuries, neurological injuries,acquired brain injuries, trauma, epilepsy, learning disabilitiesand genetic disorders.

You will be given theopportunity to build your career, your clinical and managementskills. This job requires you to work no bank holidays, weekends,or nights.

JobDescription

You will be assessing andreviewing individual care packages, providing practical training tocare workers, clinical supervisions and instructions using yourclinical expertise and guidance; whilst working with our healthcareworkers at the point of care which may include home, school,community, and day centres.

You will get theopportunity to use your clinical knowledge and experience tointeract with ICBs, Case Management, Social Services, private andNHS hospitals, nursing homes and learning disabilityestablishments.

Part of this role will requireyou to take part in our paid phone support On Call Rota on arotational basis.
