Senior Project Manager - Retail, E-commerce/Digital, Customer Returns- 6 months, 2 days/hybrid, to £600 p/d inside IR35

A Senior IT Project Manager is required to work on an IT Digital Customer returns programme. You will have extensive IT Project Management experience and have managed large, retail, E-commerce/Digital, B2C projects/programmes with strong knowledge of IT retail/EPOS/POS and Agile. Any experience of customer returns advantageous. You will have excellent stakeholder management, communication skills. The role will involve working on the IT Customer returns programme, liaising with the business, stakeholders, assessing where they with their current systems, where they want to be, dealing with the strategy, planning, governance, risks, issues, budgets, liaising with the 3rd parties, internal teams managing the project through the full life cycle to delivery. Must be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic retail environment. The role will require 2 days a week on site.
