Windows Infrastructure Engineer - VMWare - PowerShell/Python - SCCM

Permanent, up to £90,000 + benefits, bonus.* Remote working 2 days office

Leading financial services client is looking for a Wintel Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. You will provide 2nd and 3rd line forinfrastructureThe role requires SME-level experience for supporting multiple resilient solutions in an enterprise Microsoft Windows Server environment, Windows 10, VMWare, Citrix and AWS, as well as an AWS Cloud environment.

Skills and experience required:

• Strong VMWare experience - design/implementation
• Strong Wintel background - Windows Server, Windows 10 and On-line (M365) solutions in an enterprise Microsoft Windows/Active Directory environment
• Strong Scripting skills (Powershell, Python)
• Any exposure to Ansible is desirable
• Experience of supporting a production VMware environment (vCentre)
• Experience of supporting data backup technologies
• Patching using SCCM
• Cloud - AWS (ideally), Azure
