We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a passionate, supportive and hard-working AHP team.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all placement bookings.
  • Booking and confirming all placement bookings via CRM platform, using SMS and email system.
  • Gathering candidate availability
  • Engaging positively with all active candidates within the CRM system.
  • Act as first point of contact for bookings and availability.
  • Adhere to all internal recruitment process and policies.
  • Maintain a healthy relationship with all active candidates, endorsing the Bleep values.
  • Completing and updating candidate compliance requirements for clients.
  • Liaising with Regional team leaders and managers.
  • Updating client and candidate data as required.
  • Diary management for all candidates.

Successful recruitment consultant should be able to demonstrate:

  • A good understanding of the AHP sector
  • Excellent candidate management skills
  • Ability to spot and expand potential business
  • Self-motivated.
  • Target driven.
  • Punctual and dependable.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • 1-2 years experience as a consultant in an AHP recruitment setting
  • Ability to expand business and work a specialised a vertical
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills

Benefits:

The salary is flexible depending on skills and interview performance.

This is a full time position working from state of the art offices in canary wharf. There is a free bar and free barista on site. Fridays are dress down and Mondays are work from home.
