NFRR BA/PM Position

CONTRACT ROLE - Initial 12 Months
London/Remote - 3 days a week onsite
£700 - £850/day (Umbrella)

This role sits within a centralised Operations Unit within the wider Chief Operating Office. The teams focus is on defining and executing operational strategy. They partner across functions to revolutionize how regulatory operations are conducted, with a particular focus on Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting (NFRR) and data management excellence.

Role Overview: We're seeking an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst to spearhead strategic initiatives in our Data and Regulatory Operations space. This role combines deep technical knowledge with strategic thinking to drive transformative changes across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple high-impact projects, managing execution against milestones and budgets
• Develop comprehensive project documentation including charters, stakeholder management plans, and acceptance plans
• Conduct detailed current state analysis and create process models across geographies
• Review and drive implementation of strategic technology solutions, including in-house builds, vendor integrations, and AI capabilities
• Engage with senior stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and compliance
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management in all project deliverables

Required Experience & Skills:

• Extensive background in Data and NFRR domains, with deep understanding of regulatory processes and systems
• Proven track record in project management and business analysis within financial services
• Experience in process reengineering and performance optimization
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly at senior levels
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical operational solutions
• Excellence in both written and verbal communication
