Hays are currently recruiting for a global environmental organisation based in South Manchester who are seeking a Transactional Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

Your new role
Join a dynamic team as a Transactional Manager where you will oversee and optimise the transactional process. This roles offers a competitive salary, remote working flexibility, and the opportunity to make a significant impact within this finance team.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the AP and AR transactional teams.

Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline financial operations.

Oversee and manage daily transactional operations, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies and internal controls.

Prepare and review financial reports related to transactional activities.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training to team members as needed.
