Risk & Compliance Manager | Insurance MGA | West Midlands | £45 - 55,000 (doe)

Finitas are delighted to be partnered with a growing insurance MGA in their search for a Risk & Compliance Manager to join their business. This is a newly created role due to company growth and you will be reporting into the Head of Risk & Compliance, whilst managing a team of 3 individuals.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that are experiencing positive growth and you have the ability to impact your role. You will play a key part in supporting the delivery of the compliance plan, developing as well as enhancing compliance processes, providing compliance advice, working on regulatory projects and more.

You will be required to work in their office twice a week and they have some great benefits including pension of up to 16%, 29 days holiday plus bank holidays, 1 Paid Volunteer Day per year, funding qualifications, employee recognition awards, staff social events and more.

Experience required:

• Minimum 3 years compliance experience.
• Must have experience of working in the insurance industry - MGA is preferable.
• Strong regulatory knowledge of the FCA.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships at varying levels.
• Mentoring or management skills.
