Location: Edinburgh - onsite 2 days a week

Our client, a market leading FinTech is looking to expand their Client Relations team with multiple Client Relations Managers. This is a fantastic role for someone who loves to build long standing relationships with old and new customers.

You will have ownership of a pool of clients and work with various stakeholders across the business to ensure any issues are dealt with efficiently and quickly, ensuring an excellent customer experience is maintained.

Experience required for the role:

  • You will have worked in a client facing role, either within financial services or a Fintech.
  • Excellent communication and organisationional skills.
  • You'll take pride in your work with a sense of ownership in your work, whilst enjoying being a part of a collaborative team.
