Health and Safety Advisor

Involve Midlands are deligthed to be partnering with a growing manufacturer who are looking for a health and safety advisor/administraor to join their growing term.

As the health and saftey advisor your duties will include:

• providing advice and guidance to the workforce
• assisting in the review and updating of the health and safety piloicies and procedures
• monitoring the health and safety operations by ensuring regular site visits and safety audits take place
• coordinating of health and safety briefings and meetings for the senior management team and wider staff teams.
• promote a health and safety conscience workforce
