Business Change Manager - PERM - £60,000 - LONDON - Hybrid - 1-2 day per week on-site.

My client, one of the UK's leading Housing Associations, are looking for a Business Change Manager to join their growing team, sitting within their Change and Transformation Portfolio.
They are looking for an experienced Business Change Manager who will be responsible for driving change across the breadth of the company.
The successful candidate will have experience leading the people side of change, from initial assessment through to embedding. Helping colleagues change their ways of working, their processes, tools and behaviours.
As Business Change Manager, you will use your experience to create strategies and interventions to drive adoption of change and overcome resistance to change.
Experience working within a Housing Association, or a customer centric sector would be beneficial for the role.
This permanent role is offered on a hybrid basis, with 20 - 40% of days worked on site in their central London office.
