Mandatory Requirements for Drama Teacher:
  • Hold a UK recognised Teaching qualification, ideally with QTS
  • Engagement and Enthusiasm: Ability to enthuse and engage pupils across various year groups, demonstrating a solid grounding in literature, drama, and its contexts.
  • Team Player: Good-humoured and collaborative, willing to actively participate in department meetings to share good practices and discuss curricular and school-wide issues.
  • Professional Standards: Commitment to producing performances of a professional standard that both entertain and challenge audiences, contributing to the department's reputation for high-quality productions.
