HR Talent Strategy Manager - Hybrid, London - 500p/d inside IR35 (Contract)

Digital and Data Talent Strategy Manager

One of our clients is recruiting for a Digital and Data Talent Strategy Manager to them for a 8 month contract. They are offering 500 per day, inside IR35.

This role is hybrid working, 3 days per week, ideally based in their London offices (Westminster).

As the Digital and Data Talent Strategy Manager You'll be working in Senior Civil Servant (SCS) Talent you will be responsible for the development of SCS Succession planning.

Experience Required:

- CIPD Qualified would be beneficial

- A HR professional with specialist experience of developing succession plans and ideally, leadership development experience.

- Proven track record in project management across various business units, effectively prioritising and successfully delivering with meticulous attention to detail and organisation skills.

- Effective communication and influencing skills at Senior Stakeholder level to build and nurture positive stakeholder relationships. Gaining buy in and commitment to initiatives.

- A team player with a proactive, problem solving attitude and a desire to develop and support others from a diverse range of backgrounds.

- People analytics experience and data confidence.

- Understand the wider context and strategic priorities within which we are working

- Teamwork and strong stakeholder management

- Experience in government departments ideal, but big orgs at least

- Be confident and able to work across several organisations within government departments

- Experienced and confident with working with senior stakeholders, feeding into and helping prepare for stakeholder meetings
