Are you an experienced Project Management Office (PMO) professional looking to make an impact in the world of wholesale lending? A top-tier global bank is seeking a dynamic and skilled Lead PMO to join their Institutional Credit Management (ICM) team for a maternity cover position.

About the Role: As the Lead PMO, you'll be at the heart of our Lending Transformation Program, driving project support and managing the central governance framework. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with multiple areas across the organization, including Transaction Management, Operations, Technology, and Risk, as we enhance our processes and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive project execution support, including program communications and training materials
  • Produce management information reporting packs
  • Establish and maintain central guidelines and governance frameworks
  • Manage project plans and drive resolution of risks and issues
  • Provide program status updates and regulatory reporting
  • Facilitate strong relationships with global stakeholders

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a PMO environment with a background in project management
  • Strong time management skills and ability to support multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of operational processes and principles
  • Experience in supporting Change Management/Transformation projects
  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines and complete tasks with minimal supervision
