Data Architect - Salesforce Migration

Location: London

Job Type: Inside IR35 Contract

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to lead a Salesforce migration project for a national client. The solution will be hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role involves designing data architecture, ensuring seamless data integration, and optimizing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data migration strategy to Salesforce on GCP.
  • Design scalable data architecture aligning with business needs.
  • Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems for data consistency.
  • Provide a Data Warehouse for analytics, feeding data into Salesforce CRMA.
  • Optimize data architecture for performance and security.
  • Document processes and provide training to teams.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Data Architect with Salesforce and cloud solutions (GCP preferred).
  • Proficiency in data modelling, SQL, ETL, and integration tools.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce data architecture and migration best practices.
  • Experience with GCP data services (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications (Salesforce Certified Data Architect, GCP certifications) are a plus.
