*BPSS TO BE COMPLETED*We are looking for an experienced Senior Product owner that experience of working with Data and Analytics
Role - Capture pain points, use cases, requirements, and opportunities from data consumers and stakeholders.
Define an enterprise architecture for a digital operational data platform that includes the Data Foundations layer
Document and assess all source data feeds
Define and document the interfaces between DA and source system data feeds.
Define the interfaces between DA and Tech Dev/Digital components of the solution, and document responsibilities for each.
Define a roadmap for incremental delivery of Data Foundations.
Define a release/migration plan to move from the existing to new platform whilst maintaining continuity of service.
Define the system support requirements, including Data Analytics Platform gap analysis.
Scope the Proof of Concept deliverables, ready for development teams to join the project
Skills - Strong experience of backlog development and gathering feedback on the product in an agile environment
Ability to balance competing tasks and demands effectively
Ability to lead and facilitate effective refinement sessions with Development Teams
Effective communication with non-technical stakeholders
Excellent risk management
Assessing and improving product processes
Excellent organisational skills
At least 3 years experience of being a Senior Product Owner on projects of a similar size
Experience of implementing data analytics systems and products using Azure tech stack
