Senior Scrum Master - London - Hybrid - 12 Months - ?370 p/d OUTSIDE IR35One of our clients is looking for a
Scrum Master to join them in a contract role
until October 2025. This role is for an urgent start. They are offering hybrid working, 2 days per week onsite in South East London. The role is
OUTSIDE IR35 and up to
370 per day. They need someone who is pro-active with excellent communication skills.
You will be responsible for:- Running Scrum Ceremonies
- Setting up Cross Team Meetings
- Providing Sprint Summaries every 2 weeks
- Providing Weekly Summaries
- Being in charge of daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retro's and note-taking.
Experience Required:- Deep Understanding of Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of various Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP etc.) and ability to apply them appropriately.
- Experience with tooling and technology that support all aspects of the software development life cycle in an agile environment including, but not limited to: Azure DevOps Boards for Backlog and Management AND Azure DevOps Analytics and Reporting
- Strong project coordination skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
- Knowledge of risk management processes, and the ability to identify and mitigate risks to project delivery.
- Commitment to continuous improvement, with the ability to reflect on processes and practices, and make necessary changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- The ability to coach teams in Agile principles and practices.
- Understanding of software development life cycle
