Product Manager - Oracle HCM, Fusion, ERP (Contract)

Location: Westminster, Hybrid Country: UK Rate: Quotes, inside IR35
 

Product Managers x 2 - Oracle Fusion ERP implementation, DDaT.

SC cleared environment; candidates must be eligible to undergo the clearance processes prior to starting.

Westminster/hybrid working. Inside IR35. Competitive market rates please. 2 year contract

As a key member of the DDaT Portfolio, you will be responsible for the ongoing product management for the implementation of the Oracle Fusion ERP system; and will provide a high-bandwidth interface between the product teams and the Finance/HR stakeholders to ensure the roadmap, business requirements and capabilities align.

Core responsibilities

  • Forming the roadmap and vision for the product group, engaging teams and stakeholders in the associated development
  • Prioritising development work by creating and maintaining a portfolio backlog which delivers value to stakeholders.
  • Coaching and mentoring more junior product managers.
  • Setting the strategic approach
  • Lead in using product or service usage data and user feedback, to devise new functionality ideas or new ways of working with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Assuring teams roadmaps, release plans and life cycle plans for the delivery and maintenance of the products, ensuring they align with other relevant product roadmaps where necessary.
  • Staying abreast of Oracle Fusion developments and the roadmap
  • Promoting the integrity of the products and the product strategy ensuring that they remain focused on delivering value to the organisation.
  • Ensuring the overall quality of the product is in line with standards including, but not limited to, GDS, TDA Technology Code of Practice and Accessibility legislation.

Strong experience require as follows:

  • Oracle Fusion capabilities across Core HCM, Talent and Payroll.
  • Organisation level operating models for HR related activity, being able to hold meaningful conversations with senior stakeholder.
  • Stakeholder management and influencing skills, being able to guide a balance between re-aligning operating models to meet product best practice and configuring the product to meet business needs.
  • Decision making capability across multiple conflicting demands
