The Role:

As a User Researcher, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions for Defence and Security clients. This role involves applying a range of user-centred research methods to create impactful products and services. You will play a crucial part in shaping exceptional user experiences while ensuring their needs are considered throughout the development process.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute user research using methods such as interviews, usability testing, surveys, and ethnographic research.
  • Analyse user data and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop user-focused design artifacts, such as journey maps and archetypes.
  • Work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to align research findings with business objectives.
  • Advocate for user-centricity throughout the product life cycle.
  • Stay updated on trends and methodologies in user-centred design to enhance your craft.

Eligibility:

This role requires candidates Developed Vetting (DV) clearance, at the point of starting. If you do not hold current DV, Please familiarise yourself with the process and requirements as it can take 12 months to achieve.
