Position Available: Project Manager

Location: Gloucestershire & Dynamic Working Hours

Salary: Up to £55,000 + Company Bonus & Good Pension Package

Experience needed: This is a delivery-focused project management role, so candidates will need to have experience of taking products from concept stage to production and delivery. This experience will ideally have come from a complex manufacturing or engineering industry such as defence, aerospace, automotive, space, nuclear, energy, rail and similar.

We currently have several vacancies available within our Project Management department who specialise in the development and manufacturing of our products across the production life cycle. What we need from you:

• Experience managing projects within a complex, high-technology environment
• Strong risk management skills and knowledge
• Effective stakeholder management, negotiation and collaboration skills across all levels
• Experience of managing projects from a business perspective including: budgeting, cost control, schedule adherence & critical path analysis
• Strong communication and motivational skills to drive teams to excel under pressure
• Experience in Earned Value Management
• Any Bidding & Estimating experience is a plus
