My client are looking for a senior perms recruitment consultant to join the busy team

You will be based out of Northampton office . They are completely open to sector you have worked in but you will need a strong background in recruitment and if you have expeirence in I.T Recruitment sector that would be great. This is a key role for the growth of the business. Salary of up to £40k basic and uncapped commission

• • Overseeing and managing recruitment campaigns
  • Build and develop a succesful division/team
  • Directly sourcing and headhunting talent using a range of tools
  • Building and nurturing talent pipelines in line with our growth demands
  • Promoting our employer brand and social media presence
  Manage recruitment processes, overseeing everything from client engagement to candidate placement
  • Efficiently fill perm and temp-to-perm positions
  Meet and exceed targets by winning new clients and successfully filling their roles
  • Collaborate with a high-achieving team to develop strategies and drive success
  • Continuously enhance your skills and industry knowledge through ongoing training and development
