My London based client is seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Cloud Operations Specialist to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in CMDB management using ServiceNow, along with expertise in cloud-native technologies, program/delivery management, and working within regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) using ServiceNow, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of cloud resources and configurations.
- Utilise cloud-native technologies and best practices to design, deploy, and optimise cloud-based solutions.
- Lead and participate in program and project management activities related to cloud operations, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of cloud solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all aspects of cloud operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with CMDB management, preferably using ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies and architectures.
- Demonstrated expertise in program and delivery management, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering projects.
- Experience working in regulated environments, with knowledge of relevant compliance standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (eg, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
