Cloud Ops Specialist (Cloud operations) - Technical Delivery

Outside IR35 - Remote

My London based client is seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Cloud Operations Specialist to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in CMDB management using ServiceNow, along with expertise in cloud-native technologies, program/delivery management, and working within regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) using ServiceNow, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of cloud resources and configurations.
• Utilise cloud-native technologies and best practices to design, deploy, and optimise cloud-based solutions.
• Lead and participate in program and project management activities related to cloud operations, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of cloud solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all aspects of cloud operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with CMDB management, preferably using ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies and architectures.
• Demonstrated expertise in program and delivery management, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering projects.
• Experience working in regulated environments, with knowledge of relevant compliance standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications (eg, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
