Belfast - Hybrid Working (3 days a week in office)
Looking for a technical business analyst with experience working in financial services to support various operations managers in the support of complex/critical/large-scale projects.
Candidates should have:
- Experience as a business analyst within a financial services organisation.
- Knowledge of market operations businesses/functions is required.
- Experience working with change management to review strategic opportunities for innovative solutions.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, have great attention to detail and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative.
- Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and process mapping skillsets required.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
