Business Change Lead (Contract/Permanent)

. Duration 12-month contract- Client open to convert to permanent role also.
. Working Locations -Offices located in Warwick and London
. travel to either when required but predominantly remote work.

What is Data Connect
The global Chief Data Office (CDO) - now known as Data Connect - was set up with the purpose of being a fuse between data and our customers. We want to connect people and data; we want to help our customers accelerate their goals. Data is really important to achieve our ambition to deliver a clean, fair and affordable energy future we need the insight to drive change, the confidence to make big decisions, and the capability to pioneer new things.

Your Role
There are several pillars to the Data Connect strategy, and with a complex network of stakeholders, and expertise split across multiple geographies and business units, we have a big job to communicate, engage, and enrol the wider organization in Data Connect: from enabling innovation, building our future talent, equipping everyone with the right skills in data and AI, and providing platforms, tools, controls and governance. This role will play a fundamental role in supporting the Data Connect team in driving the appropriate, connected, consistent and frequent communication, engagement, and change activities to our diverse stakeholder groups and communities.

This role requires exceptional change management and stakeholder management skills. It would be ideal if the successful candidate had a particular specialism around change communications and/or learning academy rollouts.

What you'll do
1) Perform DataConnect Stakeholder Analysis and coordinate ongoing engagement plans.

2) Perform Change Impact Assessment of activities across all strategic pillars

3) Collaboratively design communications and change plan for all strategic pillars and DataConnect central activities and sequence of communications to provide the best employee/stakeholder experience.

4) Set up a forum/working group within the DataConnect team

5) Develop or oversee development of creative communications such as podcasts, and maintain home page presence

6) Plan and measure adoption and business readiness and coordinate change interventions were Needed

7) Translate technical concept into a business language

8) Develop good working relationships with internal communications and other third-party comms/change specialists supporting specific initiatives

9) Support the creation and maintenance of community and champion groups

Key - Non-negotiable Skills
What you'll bring

1) Track record of successful development and implementing change management and communications inititatives.

2) Outstanding stakeholder management skills, including understanding of how to influence and manage senior stakeholders

3) Experience of working in Matrix structures and complex, international environments

4) Track record of engaging and creating global communities

5) Ideally a big 4 consultancy experience, and/or a change management qualification such as Prosci

6) Conversant in Digital, Data, and Advanced Analytics concepts
