Job Responsilbities
- Work effectively, efficiently and respectfully alongside other Technical Support Analysts (2nd Line)
- Provide operational, and technical support for the Firm globally
- To provide assistance as a project resource as and when required
- Creating and maintaining support documentation, providing any suggestions of improvements to the IT Training team with regards to the user guidance material
Skills Required
- Previous experience working in a law firm
- Excellent Office 365, Windows 10, Active Directory & Azure
- Experience supporting Mobile Devices and using Intune
- Legal Applications - iManage Work 10, InTapp, Bighand, Aderant, Workshare or InterAction
