IT Project Manager (Network Infrastructure only) (Contract/Permanent)

Location: Manchester Country: UK Rate: £45k - 57k per annum
 
We have an excellent IT Network Infrastructure Project Manager to join our client on a 24 month FTC basis. The role is hybrid Manchester.

Candidates applying for this role should have the following skills and experience:
  • Demonstratable experience in delivering Network projects, particularly Wi-Fi & LAN.
  • Experience delivering HPE Aruba Switches, Access Points, DHCP rollouts, device re-IP Addressing is highly desirable.
  • Utilised project management methodologies (waterfall).
  • Have led IT infrastructure projects from idea through all phases of delivery into implementation and BAU handover.
  • Supporting and working with stakeholders to gather project requirements.
  • Guiding technical teams through project delivery phases.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between technical aspects of the project and what the project means to end users/customers.
  • Strong relationship-management with non-technical customers & stakeholders, end users, internal infrastructure technical teams, IT architects and 3rd party suppliers.
  • 3rd party engagement, tendering and contract management.
  • Project Management competencies ie financial management, planning, risk, issue and dependency management.
