What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of customer service agents.
- Manage resources effectively to meet business targets and deliver seamless customer service.
- Collaborate across teams to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and risk standards while driving performance.
What You'll Need:
- Proven leadership experience in customer-facing roles, preferably telephony or chat services.
- Strong communication, motivation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire teams in a fast-paced environment with constant change.
- A curious and proactive approach to solving challenges and improving processes.
Bonus: Banking experience, risk and compliance knowledge, or data analysis skills.
