Location: South Devon
Salary: up to 50k

A privately owned M&E Contractor specialising in commercial and industrial projects across Devon & Cornwall.
Established for over 6 years, with 20+ staff that are encouraged to work as a team. The business are on target to turn over 5m in 2025 and are moving from small works to more larger major projects.
The client carries out a wide range of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, electrical and plumbing services and maintenance on a wide range of properties & projects. These include commercial offices, industrial, education, leisure & health care.
Job Role:
You will be responsible for new installations along with the completion of planned and reactive maintenance works to schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation of plumbing systems using copper, stainless steel & plastic pipework
Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
Ensuring all installations comply with safety and building regulations.
Collaborating with other trades and contractors on-site to ensure smooth project progression.
Troubleshooting and resolving any plumbing issues that arise during the construction phase.
Requirements:
Proven experience with screwed steel and braised copper soldering.
Previous experience working on commercial projects is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of plumbing systems and installation techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
