A prominent force in Defence, Nuclear, Marine industries is looking for a MIP Knowledge Management Lead. From aerospace and defense to energy and transportation, they deliver bespoke solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of its diverse clientele.

Driving knowledge management inside Devonport's large infrastructure projects will be your responsibility. You'll be asked to lead workshops, carry out after-action reviews, and present the results in a way that makes knowledge sharing possible.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

  • Able to assist in formulating and organising the knowledge management plan
  • In charge of liaising with the knowledge management community outside of major infrastructure projects to ensure proper information sharing and alignment with the broader business.

Skills:-

  • A degree in STEM fields or proof of experience
  • An awareness of high-risk industry due to strict regulations, such as nuclear, construction, or rail.
  • Ideally, audit evidence Lead Auditor Course for ISO9001:2015 - (Desirable)
