An opportunity for a Portfolio Manager/Portfolio Management Office professional has arisen to join our client on a permanent basis.

Our client, one of the largest Housing associations in the South East are embarking on a significant transformation portfolio and require a Portfolio Manager to lead and guide the evaluation and decision-making process for new projects and change proposals, ensuring they align with the company's overall strategy. You will oversee a team from different departments to review new proposals and continuously improve the evaluation process.

You'll identify and manage risks within the portfolio, conducting gap analyses to find opportunities or challenges, and work collaboratively to address these gaps, as well as reporting on progress and issues through the governance framework, ensuring governance and oversight of the Transformation and Change Portfolio.
