A supply chain company for British Businesses with £500mil+ turnover are looking for a 14 months fixed term contract Financial Treasury Accounting Assistant to join their ever-growing team in Chippenham.
Your new role
As a Finance Treasury Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:
- Account reconciliation and reporting to Supplier Finance, Receivables Purchase Facility and PL Bank Accounts and advice.
- Preparation of documentation for internal Audit
- Provide cover for Cashiers including manual payments and cashflow
- Upload payroll Chaps files
- Reconciliation suspense accounts
What you'll need to succeed - Working towards or achieved an AAT qualification
- An analytical mindset
- Trainee accountant
- Basic Excel skills, working use of formulas
- Purchase Ledger experience but not required
- Oracle knowledge but not required
