A fast-growing clearing bank are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join their team in delivering innovative banking solutions to corporate, financial and institutional clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to develop their career in B2B sales within the financial services sector. The role focuses on promoting and selling non-lending banking products, including payments solutions, client-segregated accounts, and deposit accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage prospective clients understanding their needs, and introducing suitable banking solutions.
- Product Promotion: Effectively present and promote payments, client-segregated accounts, and deposit products to meet client requirements.
- Sales Target Achievement: Contribute to team sales targets by building a strong pipeline of opportunities and converting leads into closed deals.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a sales or client-facing role, within banking, payments, or financial services.
- Experience of selling regulated product. Payments, client money accounts and deposits are particularly relevant.
- UK and global payments systems, including SWIFT
- Virtual/crypto assets and tokenisation
Due to the nature of the role candidates with previous sales banking experience is preferred
