Our client is seeking a dedicated and meticulous HR Payroll Data Administrator to join their dynamic team in London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a unique payroll and benefits landscape, managing complex processes and tasks that support the life cycle events of employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the consistent execution of complex HR pay and benefits policies and procedures, working within strict deadlines to deliver all payroll and benefit-related aspects of an employee's contract of employment.

What you'll do:

As an HR Payroll Data Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our client's HR operations. You will be responsible for validating and administering all Benefit Claims, offering solutions where necessary. Your role will involve entering data into SAP for all Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML) activity, ensuring all benefits entered are in accordance with policies. You will also prepare monthly payrolls following strict audit controls. Your ability to work in an advisory capacity on policy changes will be key in this role.

. Validate and administer all Benefit Claims, providing advice and clarification on associated policies.

. Accountable for the data entered into SAP for all Joiners, Movers and Leavers (JML) activity.

. Ensure that recent changes to payroll processes are fully understood and actioned to a high standard as per any new policy guidance.

. Act as a Centre of Excellence to provide advice and guidance to staff on all aspects of leave linked to payroll.

. Validate Retirement Plan calculations to determine leaving entitlements.

. Prepare HQ and RO monthly payrolls following strict audit controls.

. Work in an advisory capacity on policy changes, recommending and implementing enhancements to improve process delivery.

What you bring:

The ideal HR Payroll Data Administrator brings proven professional international payroll experience, preferably gained in the financial services sector. She/he possesses strong system skills including bespoke payroll applications like SAP and Swift. Her/his excellent planning and organising skills enable her/him to prioritise work independently. She/he has experience with data analysis tools and processes, and she/he is known for her/his attention to detail, delivering highly accurate work. Her/his strong partnership, influencing, problem-solving skills enable positive engagement with stakeholders throughout the organisation.

. Proven professional international payroll experience, preferably gained in the financial services sector.

. Strong system skills including bespoke payroll applications, preferably SAP and Swift.

. Excellent planning and organising skills with the ability to prioritise work independently.

. Experience of data analysis tools and processes.

. Excellent attention to detail, delivering highly accurate work.

. Strong partnership, influencing, problem-solving skills enabling positive engagement with stakeholders throughout the organisation.

. Excellent communication skills, responding flexibly and promptly to stakeholders' needs using outstanding interpersonal skills.

. Ability to exercise judgement and deal discreetly with sensitive situations and confidential information.
