We're seeking a Process Manager/Business Analyst to join our Infrastructure Platforms team.
This role focuses on managing architecture governance and compliance processes across technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage BAU activities for the Risk & Controls readiness program
- Track and maintain compliance documentation in Confluence and JIRA
- Run regular governance meetings and maintain accurate records
- Support technology development QA processes
- Handle information requests and ensure timely responses
- Produce status reports for senior leadership
Required Skills:
- Experience in application, data, and infrastructure architecture governance
- Knowledge of architecture, design, and business processes
- Experience in process management including optimization
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Project execution and program management experience
- Experience in risk, compliance and governance management
- Excellent attention to detail
Desirable Skills:
- Good level of education or equivalent experience
- Experience in leading collaborative teams
- Knowledge of TOGAF or similar architecture frameworks
- Understanding of technology architecture and technical processes
- Strong written and spoken English
