Your new role
We have a number of exciting opportunities available across our Midlands offices, including our award-winning team in Birmingham.

• Location: Birmingham
• Salary: £24,000 to £32,000 per annum dependent on experience + uncapped commission (OTE £30,000 - £70,000)
• Hours: Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week
• Hybrid: After your initial training period, you can choose to take advantage of our hybrid working policy.

What you'll need to succeed

• Client Engagement: Partnering with local businesses to understand their staffing needs, building strong relationships, and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Candidate Sourcing: Identifying and attracting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Interviewing and Assessment: Conducting thorough interviews, assessing skills, and ensuring the right fit for both candidates and clients.
• Negotiation and Placement: Facilitating successful job placements, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
• Market Research: Staying up to date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market dynamics.
