Service Desk Analyst (4-Month Contract, London/Hybrid)4 months, London/Hybrid, Rate: Up to ?139 per day (Inside IR35), Multiple positions available.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with a diverse user base of up to 10k customers, providing excellent advice, technical support, and solutions via phone, email, and portal channels.

Telephone Support: Maintain a professional and courteous telephone manner, effectively managing challenging customers in a fast-paced remote support environment.

Ticket Logging: Accurately log precise and meaningful tickets, ensuring compliance with defined SLA targets.

Team Collaboration: Work successfully within a team, promoting and upholding the values of equality, diversity, and inclusion when supporting colleagues.

Technical Knowledge: Demonstrate good knowledge of mobile devices, software, operating systems (Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac OS), and office productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office 365.

Key Skills and Experience:

Proven ability to engage proactively with a wide range of customers.

Excellent telephone manner with experience in managing challenging customers.

Strong ability to log precise and meaningful tickets within SLA targets.

Ability to work effectively within a team, supporting values of equality, diversity, and inclusion.

Good knowledge of mobile devices, software, operating systems, and office productivity tools.

Previous experience with public sector or government clients may be advantageous.
