Graduate/Junior Embedded Engineer - Aberdeen or Edinburgh

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and talented Graduate/Junior Embedded Engineer who is looking to really start their career within Embedded Software Engineering on behalf of our well-respected international SME business in Scotland. The successful candidate will join an organisation that invest heavily in their R&D, as well as the future of their employees, receive a salary up to £35,000 (DOE), along with attractive offices and a dynamic and passionate working environment. This is a permanent position offering hybrid working within the Aberdeen or Edinburgh office. Our client is a global leader in the innovation, development and operation of wireless down-hole systems used within the global energy/oil and gas sector. All firmware is developed in-house.

To be considered for this role you will have:

• Programming experience in Embedded C
• Knowledge of Microcontrollers
• Qualified to degree level (in engineering, physics, computer science, mathematics or similar) is preferred
• Confident communication skills
