Senior Programme Manager/Programme Director

Role: S/4Hana Senior Programme Manager/Programme Director
Length: Initial 6-12 month engagement - with a view to extend
Location: Hybrid/London
Pay Rate: Competitive Daily Rate

One of my clients are currently looking for a S/4Hana Senior Programme Manager/Programme Director with good understanding and demonstrable experience of app integration with SAP S/4Hana.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up the program structure and governance to be able to deliver integrations.
• Defining the critical path and clear plan to address project needs
• Ensure the required level of content is created for System Integrators to deliver right integrations and other adaptations to overall plan
• Deliver the integration using client's ways: defined integration patterns, polices and standards.
• Manage other project managers in the team

Essential Experience:

• Project Planning: Define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Assign roles and responsibilities to the project team.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain open communication with stakeholders throughout the project. Engage stakeholders early to gather requirements and expectations.
• Collaborative Development: Collaborate with application owners for seamless integration. Work closely with SI and teams to understand system capabilities.
• Risk Management: Regularly review and update risk assessments. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Quality Assurance: Validate that integrations meet functional and performance requirements. Ensure rigorous testing and quality checks at each stage.
• Continuous Monitoring: Make adjustments as needed for optimal performance. Continuously monitor integrated applications for performance and errors.
• Feedback and Review: Review and refine processes and integrations based on feedback. Collect feedback from users and stakeholders post-integration.
• Reporting: Accountability of reporting and representation in all forums and routines.
