Job Description:-

Sales, Services & Exp cloud mandatory. Salesforce Technical Lead Responsibilities.

Design and build of both custom/standard components on the Salesforce platform.

Lead a team of Salesforce Developers ensuring best practices are adhered to, providing mentorship and code review feedback as required.

Daily management of a development team.

Building (hands-on coding) of more complex areas of the requirements.

Work with Solution/Technical Architects to author Technical Design Documents, ensuring adherence to design patterns.

Scoping, sizing and estimating of work once the technical designs are agreed Define/Refine the development workflow for the development team.

Act as the single point of contact for development team, triaging and prioritizing issues as required.

Review Solution Design Documents and provide feedback as required, with a strong focus on reducing technical complexity.

Required Skills & Experience:-

7+ years in Salesforce Development.

2+ years acting as a Salesforce Tech Lead.

Strong experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.

Strong understanding of Salesforce Eco-System.

Expertise providing and implementing technical solutions.

Excellent technical documentation skills

Excellent communication skills.

Experience in working in both agile and waterfall methodologies

Desired Skills.

Experience of Test-Driven Development.

Experience of development outside the Salesforce platform, ie React/Angular/Java projects.

Experience of working with unlocked packages.

Financial Services industry experience, preferably within mortgages.

Experience implementing

Experience Cloud solutions at enterprise organizations
