Resourcing Officer

TimePlan Education are looking to recruit a Resourcing Officer to add to their successful team in New Malden, Surrey starting ASAP. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a hard-working, supportive and effective recruitment team.

Main roles and responsibilities

• Resource Teaching and Support Staff
• Writing and posting job advertisements for vacancies to entice candidates to register
• Vetting candidates to ensure their suitability
• Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants where applicable
• Organising interviews and recruitment events to run alongside other colleagues
• Promoting the positive culture and ethos of the company
• Use a range of marketing techniques to build and maintain relationships with schools and candidates
