Infrastructure Support Engineer- 2nd/3rd Line support, Network, Azure
My client are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join a rapidly growing Support team. You will be working heavily with the IT Director and Infrastructure Manager on these projects whilst assisting with the day to day running of the support across the business.
You will work alongside the 1st-3rd line support engineers and be the point of escalation for any issues users are suffering across the business. You will be supporting over 300 users on site and will be required to work onsite 3 days a week and 2 remotely.
