Quality Manager Support (Permanent)

Location: London Arena Country: UK Rate: £25k per annum
 
Quality Operations - Medical/Laboratory - London - Hybrid - £25,000pa

Leading Supplier of Medical Devices now requires a Quality Operations to supporting the core functional areas within Quality.

Quality Operations will be mainly responsible for assisting the Quality Manager with their day-to-day tasks predominantly in scheduling, stock inventory and data analysis for clients

You will be trained to interface with clients and lead client conversations.

The Quality Operations will be responsible for the following:
  • Scheduling Engineers - maintaining engineer's calendars', plan and book engineers job sheets
  • Stock Management - update and maintain stock management process, identifying where there are stock shortages, maintain stock inventory
  • Management of the One Point Sensor Check and Alarm Testing Processes

The Quality Manager Support will be responsible for the following:
  • Previously worked in Operations
  • Strong Background in Medicines/Science/Pharma
  • University Degree in Science preferable
  • Strong interpersonal skills
The role does require you to be onsite 5 days per week at their office in London.
