Are you a skilled CRM developer with an aptitude for driving requirements from business towards technical specifications?? Do you thrive in a collaborative, agile environment? And are you a good team member or team leader with hands on development skills?
A leading UK Not-For-Profit is seeking a talented Product Engineer/CRM Developer to join their play a pivotal role in building a new CRM that will revolutionize the target audience experience, from outreach to aftercare engagements.
What You'll Do:
- Develop the CRM product using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Provide operational support for the CRM, ensuring its smooth running.
- Collaborate with your team to implement the product roadmap, optimizing the student and staff experience.
- Champion agile methodologies within the Student Lifecycle product line.
- Support existing CRM products until their consolidation into the single student CRM.
- Engage with suppliers to resolve operational issues when necessary.
- Work across teams to maximize the value delivered by the CRM.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a D365 developer with expertise in Customer Service, Sales & Marketing Apps, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM technologies and their impact on an organization.
- C# Development experience, aptitude
- Aptitude to lead a team of join a team
- Experience managing data within a CRM product, specifically using Dataverse for D365 deployments.
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams.
- Familiarity with the D365 application life cycle, tooling, and best practices.
