Microsoft Cloud Security Architect - Sentinel - Defender
Initial contract to the end of the year
Hybrid - 2 days p/w in Manchester
*Inside IR35 - £700 - £800 p/d

Microsoft Cloud Security Architect required by a Global Consultancy & SI who are delivering into a Tier 1 Financial Services client.

The key responsibilities are to provide technical security governance and subject matter expertise to the CTO and technology teams with respect to their deployment of various workloads into Microsoft Azure. The role assignee will act as a bridge between the CISO and CTO teams ensuring that new deployments into Azure meet the Banks standards as well as industry best practices for security.

Ideally, the candidate will have experience with and knowledge of the following technologies/areas:

• Microsoft Azure Landing Zones, including for Azure OpenAI
• Microsoft Sentinel alert tuning
• Microsoft Defender for Cloud
• Microsoft Azure Kubernetes Service
• High Performance Computing in Azure
• Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework
