Employee Relations Partner (Contract/Permanent)
Location: Wiltshire Country: UK Rate: £50.5k
My Client is currently looking for an experienced Employee Relations Partner to a fixed term contract until March 2025. This role with be remote with occasional travel to Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall and London.
Salary: £50,500 per annum
This Employee Relations Partner will have the following experience:
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
CIPD Level 7/HR Management Degree or equivalent
Regularly dealing with complex and or critical employee relations issues using analysis, experience and expertise to facilitate appropriate outcomes
Working within employment law parameters
Knowledge of Project Management disciplines
Extensive knowledge of employment law and best practice to enable leaders to effectively manage their teams
The ability to effectively and competently manage ER cases up to Employment Tribunal stage
